Author Your E-Newsletters Directly on Your Website
Many web business owners put their heart and soul into their email newsletters. However, once the newsletter is sent via email to their customers, the content is never seen again. This is because most business owners use email marketing programs like Constant Contact, MailChimp or Vertical Response to manage their mass emails, and cross-posting the e-newsletter to the website is not a trivial task.
We suggest that instead of entering your newsletter directly in your email marketing program, you create it on your website and then copy the newsletter from there into your email campaign software. Most of the email marketing programs make it easy for users to paste HTML into email. For this process to work, you would need the capability in your website's content management system to create an e-newsletter template that is stripped down and intended for email.
Creating your e-newsletters directly on your website can streamline your process for cross-posting content. We practice what we preach: all of our Marketing Bites are featured on our website and sent out weekly as an email blast. Please contact us for more information on how you can author your newsletters on your website.
