Hero Web/MightyMerchant is a web development and marketing company located in Springfield, Oregon. We started our business in 1996 and now serve hundreds of clients throughout the US.We provide a full range of Internet services for small businesses and develop eCommerce and dynamic content web sites with our MightyMerchant Ecommerce platform.
We are looking to add an Internet Marketing Strategist to our team. The ideal candidate will have boundless enthusiasm and take a lead role in building our Internet marketing business. The candidate will be intimately familiar with SEO and general Internet marketing practices. He or she will have outstanding writing capabilities. Our web sites are all built using our MightyMerchant system and the successful candidate will learn how to leverage MightyMerchant's capabilities to optimize and manage websites. The person we are looking for has a unique blend of drive and initiative, technical ability, and strong communication skills.

Main job responsibilities:
- Development and implement Internet marketing plans for our customers
- Analyze prospective customers' needs and let them know how we can help them
- Develop and implement specific strategies based on each customer's needs and business requirements
- Develop ongoing strategy for delivering effective, efficient and profitable SEO services.
- Supervise subcontractors to deliver services
- Inspire confidence in the customers you are working with
- Manage SEO campaigns
- Manage PPC campaigns
- Analyze the results of our marketing efforts and make adjustments to improve them
- Create proposals for customers
- Write site content and articles
- Provide support to our customers on issues related to marketing and content creation
- Support our general marketing efforts
- Market and selll new services to existing customers
- Understand MightyMerchant capabilities and services
- Continually develop knowledge of industry practices, trends and competitors
- Work with web development team to provide consistent and positive communication with customers
- Document techniques used for Internet marketing
This is a full-time and includes health insurance. The salary is based on your experience.
