Ever wondered why potential customers sometimes abandon their shopping carts before completing their transaction? This is information that could be very valuable to know, but finding out the answer is difficult. We are pleased to announce a new feature, a customer feedback form that allows customers to provide you with answers to that important e-commerce question.
It's something we've talked about before, but it's important enough that it bears repeating--integrating video into your site is easy and inexpensive.
In this issue we also have the second part of a two-part series on copyright law. Part 2 looks at how to respond when you discover that your copyrighted content has been used without your permission.
One more thing! We would like to announce a survey. We are seeking your responses to help us prioritize 10 features that we are considering integrating into the MightyMerchant platform. Please rate your interest in such features as USPS and FedEx shipping integration, printing mailing labels from your site's Order Manager, Google Checkout, and more.

Being in the ecommerce business, the volume of commerce that goes through our servers is an important metric that we track. In March 2008 we ticked closer to the $1 million mark with $865,000 in web sales registered on our sites.

We have implemented a nifty new feedback form feature for our customers' checkout pages. The optional form pops up (if the user chooses to leave feedback) without forcing the user to leave the checkout page and gives them an opportunity to share their feedback about the shopping experience. -- MightyMerchant Survey: Tell us the features you want
We have created a quick survey that asks you to rate your level of interest in a list of features we are considering adding to MightyMerchant. The survey correlates your responses with your email address, so if you do not see the feature you want there is a 'Comments' section where you can make your own feature requests. All responses are kept confidential.
