Greetings from MightyMerchant.

A press release is a time-honored tool for sharing business-related information with the world at large. Yet most press releases go unnoticed. Our featured article this month explains how to write press releases for maximum impact, and discusses new ways to format them to reach a larger audience than the traditional press releases of the past.

This month's newsletter has lots of news from the MightyMerchant homefront...We have added an important feature for Constant Contact users to automate the loading of addresses from your website to your Constant Contact lists, and our MightyMerchant customer survey continues through November 10th.

As we enter the holiday shopping season, take a moment to read our "Know How" feature about the MightyMerchant Order Manager. The Order Manager automates many of the tasks involved with processing orders, and can make this time of year a little less stressful.

Our Client Review this month features Steve Dix of PacificStonescape.com. As with quite a few of our customers, Steve does not sell products on his website but uses the MightyMerchant system so he can painlessly manage his website. He needed a site which could highlight his many varieties of landscape and architectural stone, as well as feature photos of projects to inspire his customers.

If you are considering making changes to your credit card gateway, payment processor, shipping vendor, or any other service that is peripherally related to your website, we encourage you to confer with us first. We can save you headaches by confirming that the new vendor is compatible with MightyMerchant, and we often can offer suggestions to make the transition to a new provider as seamless as possible.

-- Uploading addresses to Constant Contact is now automated


MightyMerchant would like to announce that we have taken our Constant Contact integration one step further. You no longer need to import addresses to your lists, and you no longer need to redirect customers to Constant Contact's sign up form. We have implemented the newly released Constant Contact programming tools that allow email addresses from signups on your website to be added directly to your Constant Contact lists. With the new system everything is automatic and it is invisible to your customers!

MightyMerchant customers who have previously signed up for our Constant Contact integration package can get the new feature for free. Just let us know that you would like us to upgrade your site. If you would like to add the power of Constant Contact to your website marketing efforts, we can help.
