Customer Accounts

Our full-featured customer accounts offers the following benefits for your customers;

Recall of customer name, shipping and billing addresses
Update your account
Ability to view the status of current orders
View any order and place a reorder
Request a lost user name password

You can optionally allow your customers to view their order history. The Order Status your

customers see here is set by you in your Order Manager.

When viewing a past order your customer can select reorder right from the page. These items will be placed in the shopping cart where the customer will have a chance to modify the order. Customers will not be able to order discontinued or out of stock items.

Any time your customer is logged into their account at check out they can choose to update their shipping and billing information.
