Here's how it works:
1. Your customer inquires via email or phone with their requirements.
2. You use the 'Create Estimate' feature to fill a shopping cart with your recommendations. On a single screen, you enter the SKU numbers of the products you recommend.
3. You can review your recommendations and update as needed.
4. You enter your customer's email address and a short note and click send. This sends an email message to your customer with a link to the full shopping cart that contains your recommendations.
5. Your customer clicks the link in the email and can enter their shipping and billing information to buy your recommendations. Your customer can also easily add items to the order before checkout.
