It looks like people write in with product suggestions, and if the NeatOStuff staff likes the product, they feature it on their homepage, where it appears for about a week. NeatOStuff doesn't get paid to post items, so it's free for you, and could get your product thousands of views.

According to their guidelines, the product you submit must be available online. While handmade items are great, items that you have only one of aren't, because they sell out too quickly. And finally, your link to the product should be "permanent," meaning the link should work 6 months from now.
