In our last newsletter we promised to report on the results of our recent survey on features our customers would most like to have integrated into their websites. In the survey, we invited you to rank features based on your level of interest.
Sales Reporting and user-controlled sorting features ranked as the most important features you're looking for. Least interesting to you was "Label Printing: Printing customer mailing labels from Order Manager". We were pleased that some of the features you commented that you'd like to see are features we're already offering! Those include downloading orders to Quickbooks and formatting the order confirmation as a receipt. Several of you didn't know what Google Checkout was, so we've included more information in this newsletter.
Here's a full list of how you ranked the features in our survey:
On a scale of 1 = Least Interested , 2 = Not Very Interested , 3 = Neutral , 4 = A Little Interested , 5 = Very Interested:
"FedEx Shipping " rank of 3.
A little interested in "US Postal Service Shipping Integration", rank of 3.4.
"Google Checkout Integration," rank of 3.
"Wish List: Customers can designate 'I Want That' items", rank of 3.3.
A little interested in "Customer Product Reviews: Provide customer reviews of your items", rank of 3.6. This was tied with two other features as being the ones with the most interest.
A little interest in the "Clone Product Feature: Copy a current product and alter settings", rating a 3.2.
"Per-category Sale: Discounts on all items within a certain category", a little interested rank of 3.4.
"Product Sort Features: Sort lists by price, name, popularity, etc.", rated a 3.6, placing that as a tie with the two other 3.6 ranked features, including the next one, "Sales Reports: Sales totals, best sellers, sales by item, etc.", which most of you selected as your most interested features.
The feature "Label Printing: Printing customer mailing labels from Order Manager", was the least interesting feature for most of you, with the lowest ranking of 2.9.
