Our standard customer feedback from lets customers tell you what their experience was when shopping your website.

Typically this form is available during checkout (particularly if you are offerering them a coupon!), but it could be available from other locations within your website.

This example includes an optional coupon discount reward for filling out the form. The coupon feature is not included in the standard feedback form.
