MightyMerchant's Order Manager can help streamline order processing in a number of ways. With the Order Manager you can

- quickly see which orders you need to take action on
- make sure you've been paid for orders before you ship them
- track the status of each order
- view a 'snapshot' of each order as it was originally received
- send out a shipping notice via email to your customer
- print packing slips
- view the shipping history of each order, including tracking numbers
- quickly find any order using the order number, customer last name or email address, and
- keep notes on each order

We have developed an extensive Support Center with documentation on how to use the Order Manager. We also have Flash tutorials to visually guide you through the features of the Order Manager. Tutorials include general order management and adding categories. Other tutorials are available which provide visual tours of Site Manager features and other valuable tools to help you effectively and easily manage your site.
